Vacuum Conveyor

The Vacuum Conveying System is designed for conveying of powders/ Granules. A common filter separator unit is incorporated to separate air from the material and also facilitates specially designed separator with cartridge filter and reverse jet filter cleaning system by pulse valve and a sequence timer. All Material contact parts are made of Stainless Steel 304.

Flexible Spiral Conveyor

Conveying via Flexible Spring Spiral Conveyor: THE MOST ECONOMICAL WAY

Flexible Spiral Conveyor uses a single moving part to effectively convey dry powders from Feed Hopper placed near the Mixer Floor Area to the Batch Storage Hopper placed on Top of the High Intensity Mixer Lid. The conveyor conveys the powder outward between the Round Wire Profile Hardened & Tempered Flexible Spring and HDPE 63 ISI Certified Grade High Thickness Flexible Tube which reduces the friction and lowers the load on the drive motor.

Its gentle tumbling action disperses the material within the tube, preventing separation of the batch and assisting the mixing process.

It incorporates Caster-Mounted Frame with support masts for flexibility and ease of installation.

Vertical Screw Conveyor is to effectively convey dry powders from Feed Hopper placed near the Mixer Floor Area to the Batch Storage Hopper placed on Top of the High Intensity Mixer Lid.
